Shipping Coverage
IN Ibrahim Nauman currently ships orders within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges
A standard flat shipping fee of PKR 199 is applied to all orders delivered anywhere in Pakistan.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time
Once processed, orders are usually delivered within 3 to 6 business days, depending on the destination city and courier timelines.

Tracking Information
After shipment, customers may receive tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable). Delivery timelines may vary based on courier partner performance.

Undeliverable Packages
If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to incorrect address information, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to receive the shipment, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Order Changes
Once an order has been shipped, changes cannot be made. If you need assistance before shipment, contact us as soon as possible.
